Banquet and Function Menu

                 We here at Stefano’s cater to the individual needs of each and every type of function in the hope that you will come away with a unique and pleasant experience.   We require that all selections and details be made at least one week prior to the function date in order to ensure that all items are in stock and that all the particulars will be met to your satisfaction.  Deposits are always required to hold the date of your function and will be deducted upon payment the day of.

Please be considerate when calling to book your party.  The best times to call are usually Tuesday through Sunday from 11am till 3:30pm, and always ask for a manager when calling.  If desired we can also schedule an appointment upon request for room showings and a more personal booking.

Buffets

 Chef’s Choice Buffet ~ If your looking to host a buffet style function we offer the Chefs Choice Buffet option by default.  All of the following is included  for $16.99 per person.

 ·         Two Pasta Dishes: Typically one red sauce and one cream sauce tossed with fresh pasta. 

·         One Chicken Dish: Typically Chicken Marsala, Limone or Provencal.  

·         Mini Meatballs: Covered in our house tomato sauce or rich brown gravy.

·   Fresh Steamed Vegetables                                         

·         House Salad and our Homemade Bread          

·         Fountain Drinks and Coffee (cappuccinos, espressos, root-beer, Pellegrino and Red Bull are not included) 

We can always customize your buffet options to your exact specifications, as well as add or remove selections at your digression.  In either case, prices are subject to change based on selections made.  For children under 12 years of age, the price of the buffet is $7.99.  You may also choose to allow the kid's to choose from our children’s menu.

Family Style Buffet:   With our family style service you can choose from any number of dishes on our menu or simply ask for the Chef's Choice family style buffet (as seen above for the same price of $16.99 per). 

    The family style buffet is served in large serving dishes that are left on the table to be passed around by the party.  This option is limited by amount in your party and tends to work better with smaller to medium groups.  For pricing options please call and ask to  speak with a manager. 

 

Full Dinner/Lunch Service

     Our full service option is available at lunch or dinner and consists of either full open menu or ‘Choice Menu’ selections.  For open menu parties the normal menu price of the item order will be added to the check.

             Choice Menu ~ Have your guests choose from 3 to 4 items directly from dinner menu.  Our choice menu option is based on the menu price of the items choose off the menu for your party.  Soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and desserts are not included in the Choice Menu option and the charge menu price per items ordered.  On the day of the function we will print and display a customized menu listing your menu selections at no extra cost.

*PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of $15.00 per person must be spent to reserve a private dinning area in.

For Children ~ Our children’s selections are listed on our dinner menu and all of their respective accompaniments apply to parties as well.

Appetizers: Typically used for cocktail hours or a light treat while guests wait for the rest of the party to arrive.

·         Bruscetta Crostini

·         Roasted Red Peppers and Artichoke Hearts

·         Fresh Mozzarella

Deluxe Assorted Appetizers ~ Available at $ 11.99 per

·         All of the above items plus-

·         Fried Calamari

·         Shrimp Cocktail

     The above items come arranged on large plates and are separated as hot and cold.  They are served family style and their quantities correlate directly with the amount of people in your party.

Appetizer Buffet -  We are also able to accommodate appetizer buffets that can include specialty items not seen above along with a verity of other options.  For these types of situations we ask that you speak directly with one of our managers to setup pricing and exact details. 

From The Bar

 For large parties and functions we offer the following choices as to how you would like to handle alcoholic beverage availability.

Open Bar ~ All items from the bar are available and will be on the  on the final bill.

Limited Bar Choice ~ Limits availability to Beer and Wine only. Carafes of wine and/or pitchers of Beer can be available on the table upon request.

Cash Bar ~ Guests pay for there own alcoholic beverages through the waitress or can go directly up to the bar for their beverages.  Our staff is taught to always be discreet when asking for payment on cash bar drinks in the dining room. 

Champagne Toast ~ Available in addition to the above items you can always to opt for a champagne toast to be scheduled at a certain time during your function. *Details to be discussed with manager. 

*Please Note: For all functions, excluding the Buffet option, all non-alcoholic beverages are placed on the tab regardless of your bar selection.

 Desserts

Dessert Cart ~ We present our “In House” desserts for your guests to choose from.  The menu price of each desert will applied to the bill.  *Gelato can also be added to the dessert cart if desired.

GELATO ~ Gelato can also be added to your function in 2 different ways.  Our first method will allow your Guests to visit our in-house Gelato cafe and choose from over 16 delicious flavors of gelato in a cup or cone.  This option will simply add the menu price of each item ordered to the party bill.  With our other option you can purchase an entire tray of any flavor Gelato, enjoy as mush as you want with your party and take the rest home.

Bring Your own Cakes or Desserts ~ There will be a .50 cent per person service charge that will be applied to tab.  This fee is non-negotiable and is in place covers the cost to cut, serve and clear cakes and other desserts.

Dining Rooms

We have three different rooms to suite your specific occasion, whether it be a large party, small gathering or just a dinner party with close friends.

The Capriccio Room ~ Our fine dining room, the Capriccio room can hold up to 70 people and can be setup in a variety of different ways.  You can choose to reserve the entire room for a large party, or simply take a portion of the room for a smaller group.  If the party happens to fall on a Friday or Saturday night, and will require the entire dinning room, there will be a required minimum spending amount set by a manager when you book your party. 

 

 The Café ~ This casual, elevated dining room sits directly across from the bar with a perfect view of our two 42’ flat screen TV's.  This room is ideal for smaller gatherings that don’t want to be too formal, but still want to have a good time (Picture Below).

The Family Side ~ This dining room is usually aimed at groups of 25 to 35 and is perfect for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, bridal showers and much more.  The family sides’ cozy atmosphere keeps the group together and close to the Gelato Cafe for after party treats.
