Banquet and Function Menu

    Here at Stefano’s we cater to the individual needs of each and every type of function in the hope that you will come away with a unique and pleasant experience. We do require that all selections and details are finalized one week prior to the date of the function in order to ensure that all items are in stock and that all the details will be met to your satisfaction. A room booking fee of $100.00 is always required to reserve the date of your function. 

Please be aware that if your function is held on a Friday or Saturday evening there will be a expected minimum spending amount set by a manager when you book your party. (Room minimum’s change from month to month)

 If there are any questions on the below material or perhaps you don’t quite see what you are looking for, please feel free to call and ask for a manager. We will be more than happy to answer any of your questions and help you to find exactly what you are looking for.  The best times to call are Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00am to 4:00pm and please always ask for a manager when calling.  If desired, we can also schedule an appointment for room showings and a more personal booking experience.

 

Buffets

Chef’s Choice BuffetIf your looking to host a buffet style function we offer the Chefs Choice Buffet.  All of the following is included for $17.99 per person, and for children under 12 years of age only $8.99 per child. 

*We can always customize your buffet options to your exact specifications.  Simply choose any item from our dinner menu and we can make them part of your custom buffet.       

Family Style Buffet:  The family style buffet is served in large dishes that are left on the table to be passed around by the party. Salads are served individually to each of your guests, all with the same dressing. This option is limited however by amount in your party and is usually recommended for parties of 25 people and less.  For $17.99 per person the Family Style Buffet can be setup with the same choices as the Chef's Choice Buffet (seen above), but they can be served with any of the items on our Dinner menu, in this case, pricing per-person will vary.

 

Décor & Table Arrangements

Table Cloths:  Available for any type of function, we always have white tablecloths we can place on every table for a cost of only $2.00 per table. (See last page for picture) Decorations:  We do allow decorations to be added to the dining room however, we simply ask NO confetti or messy decorations and NO taping signs or banners to the walls. In the past we found that parties that bring in center pieces for the tables dress up the room very nicely.  Others have brought in balloon or flower arrangements that add a nice touch to the room.

 

Appetizers

Appetizers can be served in a number of different ways but are typically used during a cocktail hour or as a light treat while guests are arriving. We can serve appetizers buffet style or on the tables so your guests have light fare while finding there seats.

Basic Assorted Appetizers: Available at $7.99 per person, and are arranged so their quantities correlate directly with the amount of people in your party.

Deluxe Assorted Appetizers: Available at $11.99 per person, and are arranged so their quantities correlate directly with the amount of people in your party.

Don’t like what you see above? We can customize your party’s appetizer selection with anything on our menu.  You can always request to simply have a few orders of menu appetizers on each table and will be charged menu price for each one ordered.

 

Dinner/Lunch Service

    If you are looking to host a sit-down meal we offer a choice of either our full open menu or our ‘Choice Menu’ option.  In either case the menu price of each item ordered will be charged.

Choice Menu: With this option you can choose about 4 to 5 items directly from the dinner menu’s Pasta or Entrees page. On the day of the function we will print customized menus and place them at each seat listing your menu selections. For Children, the Kid’s menu can be listed at the bottom of your customized menu and all of the normal accompaniments apply as well.

Open Menu: All of your guests simply receive our full dinner menu and can make any choice they so desire from the menu. This means that pizza, sandwiches, entrees and pasta are available. (The ‘Open Menu’ option requires that less than 25 guests are attending the function.)

*PLEASE NOTE: Our ‘Choice Menu’ option requires that a minimum of $15.00 must be charged per menu selection to reserve a private dinning room. This means that if you select a menu item less than $15 you will still be charged $15 for that item (excluding children).

 

From The Bar

We are always extremely flexible with our alcohol options and will cater to your exact specifications.  Below are a few suggested options for serving alcoholic beverages but if you don’t see what you’re looking for please call and ask for a manager for more details.

Open Bar: All items from the bar are available and will be on the on the final bill.

Limited Bar: Limits availability to Beer and Wine only!  This option allows your guests to order any Bottle or Draft Beer and Glass of Wine they desire. Carafes of wine and/or pitchers of Beer can also be made available on each table to your exact requests.

In-Room Mini Bar: We can also offer bottled beer in ice baths or an assorted wine table can both be set-up in-room to give your guests a nice variety of our adult beverage selections.

Cash Bar: Guests pay for their own alcoholic beverages through the waitress or can go directly to the bar for their beverages. *Our staff is always instructed to be discreet when asking for payment on cash bar drinks in the dining room. 

Champagne Toast: Available in addition to the above items you can always to opt for a champagne toast to be scheduled at a certain time during your function. *Details to be discussed with manager.

Mimosa\Sangria Bar: Great for bridal showers, brunches and engagement party’s we can have a mini Mimosa or Sangria bar in-room so your guests can help themselves to a refreshing glass at any time during your function. *Pricing is Per-Pitcher & is set by manager when party is booked  

 

 Dessert

Gelato Cart: Gelato is typically served on a cart where 3 flavor selections are made and then wheeled around the dining room to each table where your guests can choose their flavor and are served individually. Pricing for this option is charged per-order, not per-person.

Cannoli Tray: At your request we can put together large tray’s of our home-made finger size cannoli and have them placed out on a buffet table or placed on smaller trays on each guests table. (Pricing varies depending on the amount desired) 

Bring Your own Cake or Desserts: When bringing outside desserts into the restaurant a .50 cent per person service charge will be applied to the check. This fee is non-negotiable and is in place to cover the cost of cutting, serving, cleaning and clearing the cakes and other desserts plates, utensils and napkins.

 

Private Dining Rooms

We have two private rooms to suite your specific occasion, whether it be a large party, small gathering or just a dinner party for close friends or business associates.

The Capriccio Room: Our more formal dining room, the Capriccio room can hold up to 80 people and can be arranged in a variety of different ways.  You can choose to reserve the entire room for a large party, or simply take a portion of the room for a smaller group.  We do have a mobile partition wall that can separate your party from the other tables in the room.  Keep in mind if you are planning a buffet the room will only have room for about 70 people.

The Family Side: This dining room is recommended for smaller groups of 10 to 35 people and is perfect for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, bridal showers and more.  The family side is split into two rooms, the main dining room holds 20 people and a gift/cake table perfectly, and a smaller dining room directly next to it that holds 15 people. You can choose to reserve both of the rooms or just one depending on the size of your party.
